Lean On Me Therapy uses Google Workspace for email communication.
Email and other electronic communication may involve privacy and security risks. Whenever possible, email should be used for administrative purposes such as scheduling, cancellations, or general questions rather than detailed or sensitive clinical information.

Psychotherapy & Clinical Records
Client records are maintained through Owl Practice, an electronic practice management platform used for clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and other practice-related functions.
Clinical information may include information necessary to provide psychotherapy, document services, coordinate care where appropriate and authorized, and meet professional and legal record-keeping requirements.
Information shared during psychotherapy is confidential, subject to applicable legal and professional limits to confidentiality. These limits and your rights regarding your clinical information will be discussed as part of the informed consent process before or at the beginning of therapy.
Virtual Therapy
Virtual psychotherapy sessions are primarily provided through Owl Practice.
Doxy.me may also be used for consultations or as an alternative platform when necessary.
While reasonable steps are taken to protect privacy during virtual therapy, clients are encouraged to participate from a private and secure location whenever possible.
Payment Information
Lean On Me Therapy accepts payment by e-transfer and credit card.
Credit card payments processed through Owl Practice are handled through the payment systems integrated with that platform. Lean On Me Therapy does not intentionally collect or store complete credit card information through this website.
